The day will begin with the Mayor's Prayer Breakfast, sponsored by the Edwardsville Kiwanis Club. This event usually takes places at Edwardsville Elementary, but an upcoming construction project may change the venue. Following the breakfast, there will be a parade! Stay tuned here for more updates.
Saturday, September 22, will feature a day-long free carnival event! Attractions this year include the traditional bounce houses, but older kids and teens will also be able to try out the Rock Wall challenge as well as the Euro-Bungee Super Jump!
Face painting has been a staple of City events, and this year will be no different. Face painting will be done from noon until 3:00 pm on Saturday, September 22. There will be no charges for face painting so we hope everyone gets a chance to show off their designs!
Mouse Races are one of events that folks most look forward to at City events. This year, the mouse races will be held from about noon until 1:30. Make sure to pick your mice wisely in order to compete for the grand prize!
Food trucks were a big hit at the 2017 Edwardsville Days event and they will be coming back again in 2018. Previously, food trucks have served Chinese food, BBQ, specialty meatballs, and assorted carnival food. Stay tuned here for announcements on what will be on the menu for AutumnFest!
The balloon artist will be at AutumnFest from 2:00 pm until 5:00 on Saturday, September 22! No charges associated with this attraction, first come first serve. Get your favorite animal made for the day!
The AutumnFest Craft Fair will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, September 21. It will feature hand made crafts from vendors from across the region. Last year featured metal works, specialty candles, cake mixes, women's wear, and more!
