Friday night Disc Golf Classic Sponsor - atmos energy

ATMOS Energy has signed on to be the inaugural sponsor for the Friday Night Disc Golf Classic event set to take place on Friday, September 21 at Edwardsville City Park! Additional details including times, sign-up info, events, and more will be released throughout July.


Craft Fair Sponsor - bank midwest

The Edwardsville Community Center hosts a hand-made craft fair from vendors from all across the mid-west and beyond. The space can host up to 25 vendors inside the venue along with space outside for overflow sign-ups. For the second year in a row, Bank Midwest has signed up to be the Craft Fair sponsor for 2018! Thanks so much for continuing to be a partner with the City and the AutumnFest event!


Mouse Race Sponsorships - TBD

One of the most popular attractions at past City events has been the annual Mouse Races. In the Mouse Races, mice race in six individual heats with the winners advancing to the championship final. Kids and adults wager on which mouse will be declared the winner. Sponsorship levels for the Mouse Races is as follows:
  • Overall Sponsor: $500

  • Individual Heats: $150 each heat
  • Championship Race: $250

The Planning Committee may also consider in-kind donations that can be used as prizes in place for a cash sponsorship.
